Your application

Your submission

For now, we need just a short abstract of 500 to 1500 characters. Pick an interesting topic and formulate your text carefully. The first impression counts. Especially the topics Industries, Infrastructure & System, Integrations & Apps and Localizations are in demand.

The lecture format

We are looking for presentations of 45 minutes and workshops of 90 to 105 minutes. Whether experience and project reports, tips and tricks, new features or best practices – the more practical relevance, the better.

Important Dates

Our Call for Papers is open and runs until June 8, 2026.

The final program will be published on September 1. From the end of June, we will begin announcing the first sessions.

We will provide you with a briefing for speakers, which contains the technical requirements, the organizational procedure and further information. As usual, you will also receive this by e-mail in good time before the start of the event.

However, we generally ask you to check your presentation room in the program again at short notice before the start of the event in order to avoid surprises on-site. Please be in your lecture room about 15 minutes before the start of your lecture to ensure a smooth process.

What you bring yourself:

  • Laptops are not provided, please bring your own computer
  • Are you working with a Mac? Then remember to bring an adapter

Please upload your PowerPoint presentation before the start of the event via your profile as a PDF file with a maximum size of 10 MB.
 
Log in to your profile at https://my.doag.org/ with your access data. Under the "Login" tab, you can log in with your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://meine.doag.org/resetpassword/. To register, please use the email address with which you registered for the European NetSuite User Days or submitted your presentation. If you do not remember it, please contact office@~@doag.org.

After logging in, you can upload your presentation documents under "My Presentations". Please note that this will make your files publicly available.

Note: Co-speakers can also upload the documents.
